It began with a taste of home.
After years of studying, travelling, and working around the world, our founder felt a pull to build something meaningful—something that celebrated his roots and brought value to others.
One thing had stayed with him: the comforting aroma of fresh Darjeeling and Assam tea from home. With his brother’s support, he stepped away from the corporate path and started Peont.
To share India’s tea heritage, with love and care.
Today, our family venture brings Indian tea to homes across America and Britain. Every shipment reflects the work of the farmers and our passion for sharing the character of the gardens.
